Please Note:  These pages are copies of the notes I use for lecture.  They are written for me.  They contain the information I need in order to complete a given lecture and are far from comprehensive.  They should not be used, and will not work, as an alternative to attending class.  Instead, they are provided as a supplement to the students in my class to assist them in taking notes.
